Red Carpet & Public Screening of Gala – Samui Song

由導演彭力‧雲旦拿域安執導的電影《蘇梅島之歌》(Samui Song),獲第二屆澳門國際影展暨頒獎典禮(IFFAM) 挑選為影展項目 – 「銀幕盛會」的其中一部年度重要電影。

電影《蘇梅島之歌》(Samui Song) 12月13日晚上於澳門文化中心舉行電影的紅氈儀式及Thai Gala Night,電影導演彭力‧雲旦拿域安(Pen-ek Ratanaruang)、電影監製Raymond Phathanavirangoon、主演演員Vithaya Pansringarm及女演員Chermarn “Ploy” Boonyasak亦特別來臨出席,吸引不少電影業界工作者到場,外國、香港及澳門和內地媒體到臨採訪。紅氈及酒會上星光熠熠,出席的嘉賓樂在其中,度過一個愉快的晚上。

電影導演彭力‧雲旦拿域安(Pen-ek Ratanaruang)接受大會主持訪問時,談及由構思到拍攝電影歷時整整三年,過程艱辛,形容每次拍攝都是一項全新挑戰。電影的題材來自於他某次遇上城中著名影星與丈夫的經歷,從而引起他的好奇心希望深入探視富豪的日常生活。

電影放映前舉辦了 Thai Gala Night,當中泰國駐香港總領事 Asi Mamanee代表致辭,感謝大會選取泰國電影作為影展銀幕盛會單元中的其中一部電影,表示近年泰國電影產業發展愈見蓬勃,而《蘇梅島之歌》(Samui Song) 更加已經於多個國際性的影展中奪得驕人成績,期望影展可以有助推動泰國電影業,讓澳門以及世界各地的觀眾有機會欣賞到更多泰國電影作品。

紅地氈儀式後的公映場次吸引了一眾電影愛好者捧場,與一眾嘉賓及中外媒體一同觀賞。監製Raymond Phathanavirangoon透露於電影拍攝過程中,與導演雖然不時出現不同的意見與想法,但亦同時併發出許多火花。監製亦提到:「這齣電影由多個國家的團隊,包括泰國、德國及挪威共同製作,是一個充滿愛的項目。」

主演演員Vithaya Pansringarm於放映會上談及導演彭力‧雲旦拿域安(Pen-ek Ratanaruang)是自己心目中最想合作的泰國導演,更回憶起初次於電話中收到導演邀請時的喜悅。知名的泰籍女演員Chermarn “Ploy” BOONYASAK也表示能夠於十年後再次主演導演的電影,感到非常自豪,並導演對拍攝中每個細節和鏡頭都一絲不苟的專業態度大感敬佩。

銀幕盛會 – 《蘇梅島之歌》(泰國/德國/挪威)

三十多歲的泰國電視劇女星Viyada,下嫁外籍富豪Jerome,婚姻初期生活美滿,然而好景不常,Jerome婚後誤入歧途,迷上尊崇「聖一」的異端教派,不能自拔。由於無法忍受丈夫任由「聖一」侵犯自己,Viyada決定狠下心腸,買兇殺夫,負責行刺計劃的殺手為洞悉人情世故的Guy Spencer,誰知該計劃最終泡湯,二人亦隨即招來殺身之禍。

導演彭力‧雲旦拿域安(Pen-ek Ratanaruang)在1962年生於曼谷,年少時定居紐約八年,在普拉特藝術學院主修美術史,畢業後以自由工作者身分從事插畫和平面設計;回流泰國後受聘於廣告公司Leo Burnett,擔任美術總監,五年後開始執導電視廣告。他1997年所執導的首部劇情片──《樂趣酒吧卡拉OK》在九十年代末至本世紀初被公認為泰國新浪潮電影先驅之一,另外四部作品—《69兩頭勾》、《走佬唱情歌》、《宇宙只有我和你》和《倒轉世界》—曾為泰國競逐奧斯卡最佳外語片獎。《蘇梅島之歌》是他第十部劇情片。
