Maggie Ma is the Chief Officer, Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs of Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Ms. Ma has been overseeing corporate communications for the Company since 2004. She has over 20 years of hands-on and management experience in her field, covering a wide range of expertise including corporate branding, entertainment PR campaigns, media relations, event organizing and crisis communications.

Ms. Ma spearheaded a series of major opening events of the Company, including the successful grand openings of its flagship integrated resort City of Dreams, City of Dreams Manila in the Philippines, the Hollywood-inspired Studio City, the world’s largest water-based show The House of Dancing Water, Asia’s first resident cabaret show TABOO, and many more. She was also an instrumental member of the organizing committee that steered the premiere event of the world’s first casino resort themed Hollywood short film “The Audition”, which is another of the Company’s “world’s first” contribution to Macau.

Ms. Ma actively participates in community service, especially women and children affairs. Recently, she was appointed an advisor of The Women’s General Association of Macau.

Dr. Jorge Neto Valente

Group Advisor of Galaxy Entertainment Group

Dr. Jorge Neto Valente is GEG’s Group Advisor and Galaxy Casino S.A.’s Managing Director. He is the founder and managing partner of Jorge Neto Valente Advogados, a firm of lawyers and notaries that was established over thirty years ago and is one of Macau’s largest law offices. The firm has a long and extensive history of advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial issues in the fields of banking and finance, real estate and gaming law. Dr. Valente is highly respected in Macau as he has very actively participated in civic and socio-professional activities. He has been a member of the Macau SAR’s Chief Executive Election Committee since 2004, and has also served as the member of the Conference of Electing Deputies of Macau SAR to the National People’s Congress from 2007, and the member of the Board of Trustees of the Macau Foundation since 2001. He is currently the President of the Macau Lawyers Association. In 2004, Dr. Valente was awarded the Medal of Merit – Professions by the Macau SAR Government.

Ms. Linda Chen is the President and Executive Director of Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A., as well as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, and the President of Wynn International Marketing Limited (WIML). She is responsible for the business operations of the hotels, entertainment and luxury shopping in Macau, as well as the global marketing and strategic development of Wynn.

Ms. Chen has continuously contributed to Macau’s economic development. Over the years she has nurtured local talents and implemented strategies to support the positioning of Macau as a world centre of tourism and leisure. She has contributed extensively to the community and her achievements have been widely recognized. In 2002, she was selected as one of Forbes Asia’s 50 Power Businesswomen.

Currently, Ms. Chen is also a member of the Nanjing Municipal Committee (Macau) of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which is focused on the construction and development of Nanjing, and actively fosters exchange and collaboration between Macau and Nanjing in areas including culture and economics.

Dr. Wilfred Wong

President of Sands China Ltd.

Dr. Wilfred Wong joined Sands China Ltd., a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp., in November 2015 as its President. He has over 40 years of extensive hands-on management and business development experience in both property development and construction business sector for a number of Hong Kong listed companies. He recently served as Chairman and CEO of Hsin Chong Construction Group. Dr. Wong was also a member of the Hong Kong Basic Law Consultative Committee; member of the Preliminary Working Committee and subsequently the Preparatory Committee responsible for establishing the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Dr. Wong was also elected a member of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China for 15 years from 1997 to 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Film Development Council and Chairman of the Asian Film Awards Academy. He is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong and obtained a Master in Public Administration degree from Harvard University, USA. He also studied a post graduate program at Oxford University, United Kingdom.
