1. Screening Platform

What and where is this platform?

This platform is an end-to-end online video platform that IFFAM uses this year to deliver stunning quality video across all connected apps and devices. 

Register on the platform

You need to register an account to start off. All you need to do is fill up some valid basic personal information. Click “Ticketing Guide” for step by step tutorial. 

2. Payment

Can I get a refund?

Please contact us directly regarding the refund. You may call us at +853 2850 9168, our working hours is from 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday. You may also email us at info@iffamacao.com.

Can I change my tickets to other films after completed the transaction?

The order could not be changed after the payment is made, in any case.

3. Screenings

What can I do if I miss the first release of the film?

Don’t worry, different time windows will be applied in different films. These time windows would be 24 or 48 hours, and you can watch the film anytime within those hours. However, refund is not allowed if the access is expired and screenings are missed by yourself.(12 hours playback window)

Is there any region restriction on the platform?

All screenings are only available to Macao and Hong Kong area. (“Love Poem” is only available to Macao)

4. Supported Devices

What are the requirements for Windows devices?

Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. Latest version of Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are recommended. Internet Explorer on Windows 7 is no longer supported.
Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera are unavailable.

What are the requirements for IOS devices?

MacOS 10.12 or later. The latest version of Safari is recommended. Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera are unavailable.
